Le Raisin et L'Ange,"Nedjma"

Once described to me as "a wine that tastes like what your favorite perfume smells like", this orange-ish bottle is produced by father son duo Gilles & Antonin Azzoni in the Rhône Valley. Delicate floral notes and a touch of honey keep it playful without tipping into sweetness, finishing crisp and unmistakably dry. I’ve tried multiple vintages and every time I think the same thing: I had no idea wine could taste like this (complimentary).
